You will guide architectural decisions, define standards, evaluate new technologies, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide goals. This role is ideal for someone who excels in designing future-proof architectures and partnering with both technical and non-technical teams. Key Responsibilities Design and lead implementation of solutions architecture across multiple business domains. Manage and develop architectural standards for a broad scope of projects. Provide consulting support to project teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. Assess business–IT ecosystem to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Research technology trends, competitors, and market insights to advise the business. Define principles, guidelines, and solution patterns for future-state architecture. Develop roadmaps transitioning systems from current state to future state. Facilitate software product evaluation and selection. Partner with application and infrastructure teams to ensure architecture compliance. Identify organizational and financial impacts of architecture decisions. Work closely with PMO to ensure delivery aligns with architectural vision. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 5 solid years of experience in solution architecture and design . Strong understanding of architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, etc.). Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of security principles, risk management, and compliance . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
