We are looking for an experienced professional to lead agile delivery of solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Scope of Work / Responsibilities Develop an agile implementation strategy for the ISMS program, act as program project manager. Lead scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑up, sprint reviews, release planning, retrospectives. Serve as primary problem solver for project disruption, coordinate with Microsoft support as needed. Manage scrum artifacts (product backlog) and organize backlog in Azure DevOps. Coordinate cross‑functional teams; liaise with stakeholders, product owners, Enterprise Architecture, and related teams. Ensure overall quality of deliverables. Mentor team on agile principles and best practices. Maintain up‑to‑date technical and business documentation: architecture blueprints, testing suite docs, security implementation docs, disaster recovery, training, deployment, transition, and engineering standards. Lead end‑to‑end solution design, innovating strategies to meet business requirements while adhering to standards. Implement governance frameworks: coding standards, UI/UX uniformity, solution approach, security standards. Guide development team through new solution creation and existing improvement. Organize DevOps and CICD pipelines to harmonize lifecycle and promote continuous improvement. Develop Proof‑of‑Concept (POC) solutions as needed. Champion bank‑prescribed technology stack while staying open to emerging tech. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 15 years general professional experience in digital transformation and system design, with last 8 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 architecture. Minimum 3 years dual role experience as solutions architect and scrum master in an agile delivery setting. Experience leading agile teams and acting as project manager. Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps. Technical Knowledge Experience implementing AI components. Soft Skills Project management skills, excellent communication, strong work ethic, people management. Tools / Software Proficient in Azure DevOps. Experience with enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or open‑source alternatives is an advantage. Knowledge of ITIL V4; certification an advantage. Certification (if applicable) Agile project management certification an advantage. Power Platform Solution Architect, Power Platform RPA Developer, Power Platform Functional Consultant certifications preferred.
