Supervisor, Total Rewards Play a key role in shaping how we attract, motivate, and retain top talent through competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. As the Supervisor, Total Rewards, you will oversee the administration of timekeeping, payroll, and HRIS operations while driving continuous improvement in our total rewards strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals. What You Will Do Ensure that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved. Develop and execute comprehensive Total Rewards strategies that support organizational objectives. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and senior management to design and implement compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that drive employee engagement and retention. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compensation and benefits. Supervise a team of Total Rewards specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and professional growth opportunities. Manage timekeeping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely computation of wages, deductions, and taxes in partnership with third‑party providers. Maintain and optimize the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and integration with other HR functions. Generate HR data analytics and reports to support decision‑making related to compensation, benefits, and workforce planning. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Total Rewards Manager. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience And Skills At least 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a proven track record in program administration and process improvement. At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience. Strong proficiency in data analysis, compensation modeling, and HR reporting. Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems, timekeeping, and payroll management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
