Responsibilities Lead marine structural engineering tasks with a focus on delivering high-quality consultancy services and client satisfaction. Manage work packages including data collection, FE modelling (e.g., StaadPro), calculations, drawings, and technical documentation. Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and schedules for marine infrastructure projects. Provide technical leadership and peer reviews within your area of expertise. Build and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle to support business growth. Collaborate with regional Sales and Operations teams to identify market opportunities and triggers. Engage in detailed client discussions to define scope and expectations through active listening and clear communication. Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure engineering consultancy contracts.
