We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company\'s financial operations and ensure sound fiscal management. The successful candidate will lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including sales revenue management of the stores, billing and collections, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls. This role requires strong analytical skills, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive financial strategies that support the company\'s growth and operational goals.

The ideal candidate has at least six (6) years of progressive finance experience within the property management, commercial, or retail sector, with proficiency in SAP and an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Management

  • Oversee end-to-end financial operations including general accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow, P&L statements, balance sheets, and variance reports , ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Sales Revenue Management

  • Oversee and monitor the sales revenue performance of the stores , ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with business targets.
  • Analyze revenue trends, margins, and sales profitability, providing insights and recommendations to support commercial and operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations and retail teams to validate sales data and optimize revenue streams.

Billing, Collection, and Revenue Operations

  • Supervise the billing, invoicing, and collection processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Implement policies and procedures to optimize collection efficiency and minimize outstanding receivables.
