Creative Strategist

Job Title: Creative Strategist Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: PST Job Overview: We’re helping our client, a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand, find a Creative Strategist to own the full lifecycle of performance ad creative from ideation to launch and optimization. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the media buying team to craft high-converting static and video ads across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, driving both creative quality and performance results. Responsibilities: Ideate: Develop creative strategies and advertising angles based on product features, customer insights, and performance data. Design & Build: Create static and video ad concepts using Figma, AI tools, and/or light editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Suite). Launch: Upload final assets to paid media platforms and ensure seamless implementation. Analyze: Monitor ad performance daily, track winning and underperforming creatives, and identify insights. Iterate: Continuously optimize and produce new variations based on learnings and emerging trends. Collaborate: Work alongside media buyers, copywriters, and editors to align on performance goals and creative direction. 2+ years of experience in a creative strategy, performance creative, or paid social content role (DTC/ecommerce experience strongly preferred). Strong visual eye, you can design ads that grab attention and feel native to each platform. Experience using Figma, AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway), or other creative platforms to build assets. Deep understanding of paid social platforms and how creative impacts performance. Data-driven thinker who can translate performance metrics into actionable creative insights. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative, and performance-oriented environment. Nice-to-Have: Experience editing video (even basic TikTok/Reel-style editing). Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and creative analysis tools (e.g., Motion, Triple Whale). Understanding of male fashion and ecommerce customer psychology. #J-18808-Ljbffr
