The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for uncovering insights at the intersection of data and strategy. This role analyzes sales performance, builds dashboards, partners with cross-functional teams, and delivers actionable data-driven recommendations that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Job Description

• Analyze sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and client data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into KPIs, conversion rates, and sales cycle dynamics.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, client segmentation, and territory planning.

• Support forecasting, segmentation, and quota-setting initiatives.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve CRM data quality, reporting structures, and process automation.

• Communicate findings in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or startup environment.

• At least two (2) to three (3) years of hands-on experience using Salesforce as part of daily work responsibilities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.

• Proven experience using Salesforce software for managing data and supporting business processes.

• Curious, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Clear and coherent communication of data-driven insights, valuing diverse input and stakeholder needs.
