Your role The Associate Planner shall be working with cross-functional teams in identifying constraints or gaps in any manufacturing areas or processes, address root causes and recommend process and systems improvement to address the gaps to ensure delivery of Maxim parts. Escalate issues to SCM management on actions to resolve issues or require decisions for issue resolution. About you Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or any supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline. Industry certification or a good scholastic record is an advantage. Collaborative and knows how to motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and highly Analytical & organized. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions. Knowledge of SAP R/3 and Oracle SQL is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office.
