Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Treasury Supervisor to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day treasury operations, manage cash flow, optimize liquidity, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of treasury functions. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily treasury operations including cash management, payments, collections, and banking relationships Monitor and manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity requirements Oversee bank account reconciliations and cash positioning Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury functions Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize working capital and financial risk management Manage and mentor treasury staff, fostering professional growth and team performance Prepare reports and analysis for senior management and stakeholders Assist with treasury-related audits and system improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Proven experience in treasury operations, preferably in a supervisory role At least 3 years relevant work experience Strong knowledge of cash management, banking systems, and treasury software Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Willing to be assigned at Iloilo Business Park. #J-18808-Ljbffr
