Job Description Oversee and manage all accounting and financial reporting activities for the retail business. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards. Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to senior management. Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve optimal performance. Monitor cash flow, analyze financial risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and decision-making. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders and executives. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Finance Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven expertise in financial management, accounting practices, and compliance. UAE Finance experience is great to have. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a team. Familiarity with financial software and systems. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. A track record of supporting strategic decision-making in the retail industry.
