Job Description

  • Identify and assess land acquisition opportunities for cold storage facilities.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to evaluate potential sites.
  • Lead project development from acquisition to launch, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with project teams (planners, architects, engineers) for project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, permits, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and expand a network of industry contacts and strategic locations.
  • Travel to site locations outside Metro Manila for evaluations and project oversight.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development and project management, preferably in the logistics or industrial sector (cold storage experience is a plus).
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in feasibility studies, financial analysis, and project cost management.
  • Experience in land acquisition, project management, and compliance within the warehousing or industrial estate sectors.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and capable of handling travel-intensive roles and site visits.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cold storage industry standards and market trends.
