Overview

Our fast-growing real estate team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent with flawless English fluency and a strong grasp of American idioms and conversational nuance.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify leads, gather key information from buyers and sellers, enter leads into our CRM, and set 3–4 high-quality appointments per day for our agents.
  • Build quick rapport over the phone, think on your feet, and consistently deliver strong outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in inside real estate sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their career in real estate.
  • Native-level English with strong communication skills.
Position details
  • Location: Remote, with calls made during standard business hours in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
  • Compensation: $8 - $10 per hour
