Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative multimedia designs for events, including videos, animations, interactive installations, and branding materials.
  • Develop visually compelling graphics and illustrations for print, digital, and social media to support event marketing and branding.
  • Design and implement interactive elements such as touchscreen displays and virtual reality experiences to enhance audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Stay updated on emerging multimedia trends and technologies, incorporating new techniques to push creative boundaries.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and aesthetic.
  • Work closely with writers, Associate Design Head, Design Head, Creative Director, and Core Teams to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Take responsibility for final artwork (FA) production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with client specifications.
  • Lead and mentor junior multimedia designers, providing guidance to enhance creative output.
  • Innovate new creative strategies to boost audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Conceptualize and develop branding elements for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia design, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia design work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • NICE-TO-HAVES: Illustration and character animation skills
