What you will be doing
  • Create Designs: Make original artwork and design pieces, with a focus on video editing and animation, for our visual needs.
  • Work Together: Help the Lead Visual Designer with design projects.
  • Share Ideas: Come up with creative ideas for our design and marketing campaigns.
  • Support Communications: Use your design skills to help with our marketing and communication plans.
  • Keep the Brand Consistent: Make sure all designs follow our brand guidelines.
  • Manage Relationships: Work well with partners and stakeholders, using their feedback in your designs.
  • Team Player: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Improve Processes: Look for ways to make our design processes better.
What you will bring
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Experience:
    2+ years in visual design, especially in marketing and communications.
    Strong portfolio with original artwork and successful projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere
  • Creative Skills: Strong design principles (typography, color theory, layout), Video editing and animation (2D and 3D), Innovative and creative thinking
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and adapt designs for global markets.
  • Essential Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, efficient time management, adaptability to different design needs, attention to detail, and proactivity in suggesting improvements
