Job Description We are hiring a Project Engineer (Entry Level) to join our on-site team in Siquijor . This position is ideal for a motivated and adaptable candidate with early professional experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You will work directly with senior staff and project leads from our Boracay head office , overseeing construction progress, coordinating contractors, and contributing to the technical and managerial aspects of a live residential development in Siquijor. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day work of contractors and trades on site. Review plans and monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and assist in cost tracking. Update project schedules and monitor milestones using Gantt charts or equivalent tools. Document daily progress reports, material requests, and accomplishments. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and the main office for project needs. Ensure workmanship meets Baumhaus design standards and timelines. Qualifications Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (PRC) with 1–3 years of professional experience in construction, supervision, or project coordination. Understanding of building systems, structural works, and site operations. Skilled in AutoCAD 2D and Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel for drafting, BOQ, and project tracking. Familiar with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Gantt charts, or similar). Knowledgeable in construction materials, detailing, and basic plumbing and electrical coordination. Fluent in spoken and written English for reporting and coordination. Willing to relocate to Siquijor for on-site work (housing assistance provided ). Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under remote supervision. Preferred but not required: Familiarity with Revit or BIM-based workflows. Prior experience with residential or resort construction projects. Perks & Work Environment Site-based role in Siquijor , with direct coordination with the Boracay head office and senior consultants. Compensation ₱22,000 – ₱28,000/month , depending on experience and relocation needs. Up to ₱30,000 may be considered for candidates with stronger experience or specialized skills.
