Medical Concierge Associate (Project-based) HR Associate for Talent Acquisition at The Medical City The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Medical Concierge Associate to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is to serve as the first point of contact for local and international travelers at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 , providing accessible medical support, information, guidance, and referral to enhance the country's tourism infrastructure. The role supports TMC's commitment to public health and safety and reinforces the Department of Tourism's (DOT) mission of delivering quality tourism services. This role is deployed in NAIA Terminal 3. What’s The Role All About? Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries. Provide support in collecting pertinent patient and familial medical and social history, as well as data from physical examination. Follow medical record documentation procedures. Answer the telephone and assist callers or those making varied inquiries by email or mail with any basic requests for the information, directing more complex matters to colleagues, as necessary. Who Are We Looking For? An effective Medical Concierge Associate must possess the following skills: Knowledge in: Interpersonal skills: Ability to assist patients' admission at ER or direct admission. Communication skills: Ability to assist international and VIP Patients with proper accordance. Customer-service skills: Providing best patient experience and up-to-date services that the hospital provides. Ideally, a candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management and other related courses with at least one year of work experience in Service Industry.
