Job description: Medical Sales Associate / Professional Medical Representative Position Overview The Senior Medical Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling medical products and services to healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions. The Senior Medical Sales Associate will contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by achieving sales targets, providing exceptional clients’ service, and acting as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or related field. Medical, Pharmaceutical, or related certifications (preferred). Experience Experience in Sales and/or in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales industry with a cumulative 5-10 years of medical sales experience preferably from not more than 1-3 organizations and with a proven track record of success. Experience selling medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technology to physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers. Experience working with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce.). Skills Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and prospecting abilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations, proposals, and client interaction. Clients’ Service: Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients, providing exceptional service. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical products, procedures, and healthcare industry trends. Time Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Personal Attributes Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Professional demeanor and appearance when interacting with clients. Physical Requirements Ability to travel extensively within a designated territory or region. Occasional long hours and flexible work schedules, including weekends and evenings when required for client meetings or events. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in senior-level medical sales or account management. Experience with specific product lines or within specific medical specialties.
