Description:
As a Call Center Agent at Concentrix, you will:
Responsibilities- Answer calls, chats, or emails from customers.
- Assist with billing, product inquiries, account updates, and technical troubleshooting.
- Provide excellent customer service with accuracy and empathy.
- Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for both newbies and experienced agents who want to grow in a supportive and world-class company.
