Start your BPO career in the growing healthcare support industry . We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for a US-based Healthcare account at our new Concentrix Bridgetown site — conveniently located for applicants from Cubao, Marikina, Pasig, Mandaluyong, and nearby areas.
No experience? No problem. If you’re passionate about helping others and eager to learn, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from patients or healthcare providers
- Provide accurate information about benefits, eligibility, and medical claims
- Guide customers through policy coverage and next steps
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data privacy regulations
- Uphold service quality and professionalism in every interaction
- Up to ₱18,000 salary package
- Paid training with no prior experience required
- A meaningful role supporting healthcare services
- Onsite work at a newly launched, accessible site
- At least Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite at Concentrix Bridgetown
