Description:
As a Call Center Agent at ResultsCX, you will:
- Assist customers through calls, chats, or emails.
- Handle account inquiries, billing support, product questions, and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate information while delivering professional and friendly service.
- Follow company standards, compliance requirements, and quality processes.
- Escalate complex cases to higher support teams when necessary.
This position is designed for both first-timers and those with BPO experience who want to build a solid career in customer service.
