This position blends administrative coordination with light business development , ideal for someone who enjoys structure, research, and professional communication. What You’ll Do: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-ups Maintain organized digital files, client folders, and CRM records (Copper, Airtable, Dropbox) Prepare meeting notes, client proposals, and engagement documents Research companies, investors, and strategic partners via LinkedIn and databases Draft and send first-touch outreach messages to investors or buyers Track engagement and update CRM or prospect lists Support creation of investor decks and contact reports What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in administrative or business development roles Proficiency in Google Workspace, Airtable, LinkedIn, and CRM systems (Copper, HubSpot, etc.) Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working across time zones Interest in private equity, M&A, or startups is a plus Organized • Self-directed • Professional communicator • Curious and business-minded If this job description matches your professional history please send me a short introduction video as well as your resume.
