Overview Seven Consulting is seeking an HR Generalist to support full-cycle human resources activities in our Manila office. This role focuses on delivering exceptional people operations with a service mindset, driving engagement, and ensuring policy and compliance across the employee lifecycle. Stakeholder liaison – keep hiring managers up-to-date and coach them on best-practice selection. Process ownership – schedule interviews, prep panels, manage ATS data, and craft offer packs. People programs – roll out training, performance-review cycles, and improvement plans. Policy & compliance – refresh handbooks, ensure labor-law alignment, and resolve employee queries. Culture catalyst – drive engagement initiatives that reinforce teamwork and delivery excellence. What You Bring 5+ years end-to-end recruitment experience (project/program-management talent a plus). Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Polished written and verbal English; crisp communicator who builds trust fast. Eagle-eye for detail, strong organization, and a collaborative mindset. Adaptable self-starter who can juggle competing requirements.
