Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service by offering product information, recommendations, and answers to customer queries.
  • Maintain and grow the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement,t and regular communication with customers
  • Meets monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross-selling of products
  • Process sales transactions.
  • Maintain inventory and keep the sales floor organized, clean, and comfortable.
  • Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
  • With at least 2 years of college-level
  • With at least 1 year of retail experience.Experience in handling a luxury men’s brand is a plus.
  • With a strong understanding of sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila locations such are BGC, Pasay and Makati on shifting schedules with a six (6) day work schedule.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
