Position: Japanese Luxury Store Supervisor Salary: P 90,000 to P 110,000 Location: Makati City & Other stores in Metro Manila Industry: Luxury Item 2nd Hand Shop Company: Japanese Luxury Stores for Preloved Items Arrangement: Work Onsite / Store Related job Day off: Saturday and Sunday Off Time: 9am to 6pm ( 5 days only) Benefits: Government Mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PAGIBIG) Php 3,000 transportation allowance Other transportation expenses between stores covered by the company iPhone 15 provided Other benefits will be discussed during job offer Job Qualifications: Can speak Japanese language conversational or Business level Open to Filipino with JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-passer (No Certificate required) Can speak Tagalog and Filipino because workers are Filipino Open to high school Graduates and college undergraduates Ability to handle the operations of the store Ability to manage the store workers and the day to day tasks No experience required in Leadership but ability to handle people Customer service skills and Store related experience is preferred Job Duties and Responsibilities: Overall management of the stores and its branches Handle 3 to 5 employees per each store Dedicated in operating the day to Day activities and tasks within store Can handle the back office tasks of the office like Business permit Handle the opening and closing of the stores Report to the Japanese Management Main task is management of the store and its worker Translate documents for Japanese Managers Recruitment Process: Paper Screening Online Interview Face to Face Interview (Makati Office) Executive Interview (Online) Job Offer
