Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner (SEA) Join us as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and become the driving force behind recruiting top‑tier talent Partner with business leaders, shape innovative hiring strategies, and help build a team that powers our success in the region you will be supporting. What You Will Be Doing Manage a portfolio of requisitions and the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and external partners. Proactively network and engage in the local market to identify and build talent pipelines. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and align hiring demand with workforce plans. Provide credible and consultative advice and candidate market intel throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Support the business with the development of job descriptions and effective sourcing strategies. Review CVs and applications to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles; conduct initial phone screenings. Develop and conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and facilitate the selection process, providing advice and guidance to business leaders. Work collaboratively with TA sourcing specialists to identify key pipeline roles and develop engagement strategies to keep talent communities warm. Support hiring managers with interview processes where required. Liaise with hiring managers and HR to ensure offer, onboarding processes are smooth and best in class. Support induction of new starters, keep talent communities warm, and provide training on referral processes. Lead local community engagement, career fair events, and PR initiatives in conjunction with the business and local marketing teams. Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all positions. Utilise external and internal data insights to provide market intelligence, trends, and analysis to support hiring strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate information in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. Who You Are Proven experience in talent acquisition managing the full end‑to‑end lifecycle. Head‑hunting or agency experience with hiring in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. Excellent collaboration and relationship‑building skills with senior leadership, hiring managers, cross‑functional teams, HR, and external partners. Extensive proficiency with proactive sourcing and talent community development. Strategic thinker, developing solutions to complex talent acquisition challenges. Digital literacy – proficient in using technology to drive efficiencies and increase TA impact. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple priorities under pressure. Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making. Why Join Us?
