Workato Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner in our Asia team. This is an initial 6-month contract with the goal to convert to full-time after 6 months. The role will work APAC hours and focus on local recruitment in the Philippines (Customer Success and Customer Support) as well as early careers hiring in the Asia region. Responsibilities Be involved in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and implement the full-cycle recruitment process and bring the best talent onboard. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position\'s requirements. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Source candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) and offline channels (e.g., job fairs and recruitment events). Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Requirements 5+ years of experience recruiting commercial talent within the SaaS or PaaS space. A mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience is highly preferred. Experience recruiting customer-facing positions (Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Consulting). Knowledge of ATS (e.g., Greenhouse). Strong relationship and consultative skills with candidates, hiring managers, and key business partners with the ability to influence, inform, and negotiate. Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently. Strong problem-solving, resourceful and reporting skills. Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner. Strong attention to detail with the capability to multitask and prioritize.
