Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze information to identify needs, risks, and opportunities, and develop solution proposals with actionable alternatives and improvements.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure high-quality deliverables and the achievement of established goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Lead and develop teams by motivating, training, and guiding less experienced members, while fostering team autonomy.
  • Manage consultancy projects for the transformation of payments, insurance, or energy & utilities clients, ensuring the application of appropriate methodologies and anticipating potential risks.
  • Drive problem-solving and innovation by ideating and implementing creative solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities in consulting and translate them into commercial proposals.
  • Lead the creation and presentation of financial sector commercial proposals within your area of responsibility.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in defining and deploying new payment methods, with knowledge of Philippine payments, insurance, or energy & utilties regulations.
  • Experienced in business consulting, including leading projects in the assigned sector (e.g., PMO, process reengineering, change management).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics; an MBA is an advantage.
  • Strong business development skills and the ability to identify opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Availability for national and international travel.
  • Residing in Manila is required, with a hybrid work model.

Team Management:
  • For candidates with 8+ years of experience: Lead larger teams, oversee project execution, and provide strategic direction while mentoring senior consultants.
