Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide a team of Loan Origination specialists to ensure accurate documentation and timely transaction closures.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to the team, aligning efforts with firm objectives and allocating resources effectively.
  • Utilize critical thinking and conflict resolution to manage team dynamics and resolve issues.
  • Cultivate stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and trust-building.
  • Drive process innovation and change initiatives to enhance efficiency and organizational success.
Qualifications
  • Four years of experience managing loan origination processes.
  • Proven skills in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Strong conflict management and risk evaluation abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of lending services in dynamic environments; track record of professional growth.
  • Experience managing change initiatives and leveraging market knowledge to align services with industry trends.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI/ML to enhance lending processes and decision-making.
  • Ability to create quantitative reports, support cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures, and ensure compliance.
  • Strong presentation and project management skills for stakeholder updates and initiative execution.
Shift Schedule

Night shift; US operating hours.
