JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution. Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Facilitate regular team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification preferred). 3–7 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in (industry-specific experience, e.g., Marketing). Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
