Overview

Senior Monitoring Engineer role focused on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing infrastructure, network and hardware environments to support testing and deployment in a continuous integration/continuous delivery environment.

Responsibilities
  • Instrument monitoring solutions on various infrastructure platforms.
  • Work with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace).
  • Apply service management principles.
  • Scripting custom monitoring solutions and AI instrumentation.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
  • Contribute to the betterment of the team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies and grow.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-10 years’ experience in infrastructure administration.
  • Administration experience in enterprise monitoring products.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, engineering, and support.
  • Automation skills using Terraform, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Cloud technology exposure (Microsoft Azure).
  • Certificate management knowledge in different products.
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, consultative, and interpersonal skills.
