Senior Instructional Content Designer and Trainer Location: Amadeus, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Employment type : Full-time Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Job function : Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Purpose of the role The Instructional Content Designer and Trainer is an experienced professional whose purpose is to engage and inspire learning through technology. The position is responsible for the analysis, design and development of print and multimedia learning solutions, including games, animation, digital video, and more, applying the principles of Instructional Systems Design and adult learning theory to produce solutions for both internal and external customers. In This Role You’ll Conduct needs assessments and analyze related tasks as a method of designing and developing training programs in English and potentially other languages to include multimedia solutions. Develop and maintain all e-learning solutions including certification questionnaires. Maintain internal and external relationships with departments responsible for defining Amadeus products and customers to keep instructional resources current. Use established evaluation processes to ensure the continuing relevance of training to business needs. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in providing consultancy to internal customers. Curate courseware and documentation to ensure appropriateness of design, functional accuracy, instructional integrity, language, and brand standards. About the Ideal Candidate At least 1 year of experience in e-learning development. Familiar with tools such as Articulate Storyboard and WellSaid Labs. Ability to design and develop training programs in English (or other languages) with multimedia, participant guides, and instructor guides. Previous customer training experience. Functional and technical knowledge of airline product and operations. Experience managing Learning Management Systems and content solutions. Experience in training design and delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong planning and organizational skills, prioritizing activities to achieve results. Goal-oriented, action-focused, pragmatic, and self-disciplined. Open to working in a hybrid set-up.
