Work Setup Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 days Onsite) Shift Night Shift Salary Up to ₱38,000 Basic Pay Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, define outcomes, and design effective instructional strategies. Develop and deliver engaging learning materials, including eLearning, ILT/VILT content, microlearning, and job aids. Facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and assessments to enhance future programs. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across learning initiatives. Must Haves Bachelor's Degree At least 2 years of relevant experience in learning design, instructional design, or training delivery. Strong understanding of adult learning theory/principles/methodologies. Skilled in eLearning design and familiar with content trends. Preferred Experience using Workday, or similar platforms such as Taleo or SuccessFactors. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. 5+ years’ experience working with virtual classroom environments and eLearning tools.
