A. IT Infrastructure & Systems Support Provide direct support for automation controls and the entire IT infrastructure that supports our Warehouse Management System (WMS), including network connectivity, servers, and related hardware Responsible for the local setup, configuration, and ongoing performance monitoring of the WMS, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets the demands of our cold storage operations. Actively support WMS data accuracy and ensure real-time stock updates, troubleshooting any issues that compromise data integrity or system synchronization. Work closely with the Group Shared Services ICT department and external vendors to ensure the overall stability and reliability of all facility-specific IT systems and the first line of defense for troubleshooting protocols when issues arise. Design, develop, and maintain relevant reports and dashboards from the WMS to provide actionable insights to operations, inventory, and management teams. B. User Access & Security Management Maintain our ID badge system and access control systems for the facility, ensuring authorized entry and security of premises, particularly for cold storage areas. Manage and troubleshoot biometric readers for timekeeping and access, ensuring their accurate functionality. Coordinate the creation and deactivation of user access accounts for the WMS and other relevant systems, ensuring proper access levels and security protocols are followed. C. User Support & Training Provide essential training and ongoing user support to encoders, warehouse staff, and other facility personnel on the effective use of the WMS and other operational software. Serve as the primary on-site IT support, resolving user issues, answering technical queries, and escalating complex problems to the Group Shared Services ICT department when D. Hardware and Infrastructure Maintenance Oversee and maintain IT equipment including computers, printers, scanners, handheld devices, routers, CCTVs, and timekeeping systems. Conduct regular system checks, software updates, and periodic preventive maintenance on hardware and servers. Monitor and ensure the stability of the local network, internet connectivity, and system uptime. E. Automation and Security System Support Support the functionality of automated controls (e.g., temperature monitoring, alarms, RFID/barcoding systems). Coordinate with security personnel on CCTV monitoring systems, door access controls, and electronic safety systems. F. Data Accuracy and System Integration Ensure the accuracy and integrity of transactional data within the WMS and related systems. Support integration between WMS and other platforms such as NetSuite, inventory dashboards, or billing modules. Perform regular data backups and implement data protection protocols. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional) Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a combined administrative and IT support role, preferably in a logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or cold storage environment The incumbent will be assigned in Balagtas, Bulacan #J-18808-Ljbffr
