Digital Marketing Supervisor

The Digital Marketing Supervisor will lead the planning and execution of eTap’s digital strategies across social media platforms and the website, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves overseeing content creation, managing a team of copywriters, and collaborating with the graphics and brand teams to produce timely, engaging, and platform-optimized content. They will analyze audience behavior, monitor SEO and performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. The supervisor will also support community management efforts and introduce innovative features like promos and campaigns to enhance customer experience. Staying updated on industry trends and digital tools is essential to keeping eTap’s online presence fresh, relevant, and impactful. Key Responsibilities Research & Analysis Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints. Social Media Management Design, build, and maintain our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and eTap website. Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals, collaborating with the Brand Manager for the social media calendar and content management. Oversee the design of social media accounts, including timeline covers, profile pictures, and blog layouts. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Content Creation Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content (photos, videos, articles). Manage and collaborate with two copywriters to ensure high‑quality content. Collaborate with the graphics team to produce content that fosters community engagement. Formulate timely, platform‑optimized content regularly. Strategy & Growth Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Continuously test, learn, and optimize strategies to drive growth. Collaboration Work closely with the Brand Manager and Graphics team to execute content plans aligned with brand strategy. Seamlessly execute social media brand campaigns and partnerships with the Brand Manager, including content creation, messaging, brand voice, and storytelling. Performance Tracking Set specific objectives and report on ROI (reach, engagement, CPR). Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights bi‑monthly. Work with the Marketing Supervisor for Community Management in monitoring customer reviews and implement strategies to acquire more positive feedback. Trend Monitoring Stay up‑to‑date with current technologies, trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Track trends, best practices, and platform developments to stay ahead. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. Experience with audience and buyer persona research. Familiarity with web design and publishing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Performance Commitment Maintain and regularly update the Social Media Content Calendar Tracker, ensuring a minimum monthly output of: 60 Facebook posts 4 Instagram posts 4 TikTok videos 4 LinkedIn articles 4 short‑form content pieces for the website Prepare and submit a Monthly Social Media Calendar and Page‑Like Campaign Plan outlining content themes, schedules, and targeted engagement strategies. Coordinate with the Project Management team to receive the list of newly activated stores every Tuesday at 11:00 AM, and ensure weekly cascade of New Store Alerts is scheduled and published every Saturday across appropriate platforms. Submit a Bi‑Monthly Social Media Performance Report, including performance metrics, trend insights, follower and page‑like updates, and data‑driven recommendations across all active social media platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
