Other Duties: Process returns and exchanges, monitor inventory, and potentially upsell or cross-sell products. Key Skills and Qualifications Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide friendly and helpful service. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in scanning items, making change, and balancing the cash drawer.
