Role Overview We’re looking for someone who can run outbound email campaigns in Apollo.io and support our Partnership Marketing sales team. You’ll be the one building and running outbound campaigns, keeping lists clean, making sure emails actually get delivered, and tracking results so we can improve. This role also includes some sales support work — making sure sales reps follow up on leads and keeping our pitch decks up to date. You should understand American consumer brands and social media culture so the messaging feels natural and relevant to U.S. marketing teams. If your campaigns bring in strong leads, there’s a chance to earn extra bonuses (spiffs) on top of your pay. This role will work on PST time for the US. Responsibilities Build and run outbound campaigns and drip sequences in Apollo.io. Clean and verify prospect lists using tools like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Clearbit, or ZoomInfo. Watch deliverability and make sure emails stay out of spam (using tools like InboxAlly, GlockApps, Google Postmaster). Write and test messaging that fits U.S. consumer brand style and culture. A/B test subject lines, copy, and timing to improve response rates. Track results (opens, clicks, replies, meetings booked, conversions) and share clear reports with recommendations. Make sure sales reps follow up on leads in Apollo and flag anything overdue. Keep sales decks and pitch materials up to date and correct for the right brand. Qualifications 2+ years running outbound campaigns in Apollo.io (or Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot). Experience with list cleaning tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Clearbit, ZoomInfo). Knowledge of deliverability best practices and warmup tools. Strong English writing skills — able to write in a tone that fits U.S. consumer brands. Analytical and smart with numbers — you know how to track results, report clearly, and use best practices to improve response rates. Organized and detail-oriented — good at keeping leads, follow-ups, and decks in order. Comfortable working with sales and marketing together.
