Identify and engage with key decision-makers (hiring managers) at target companies. Craft personalized messages and follow-ups to build relationships and drive interest. Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining fit for our services. Pulling leads from Indeed Job Postings. Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff. Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect data. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach, meeting-setting, and lead generation targets. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in B2B. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and appointment setting. Comfortable handling objections and rejection while maintaining professionalism. Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Tracker) and sales automation software is a plus. Highly organized with strong time management skills to coordinate and schedule meetings effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
