About the Role

This position is responsible for executing our customer and campaigns data strategy. The role is crucial in driving data-driven decision-making and insights that optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer experiences, and support overall business growth. Specifically, the Customer and Campaigns Analytics consultant will assist in designing campaigns aimed at improving payment rates, preventing lapse/attrition, winning back lapsed customers, and targeted cross-sell or upsell of policies to existing customers. Campaigns will also focus on encouraging enrollment and engagement in AIA Vitality. These efforts are expected to contribute to net customer growth for AIA Philippines and BPI AIA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Management Team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to improve sales productivity and deepen product penetration.
  • Execute, monitor, and evaluate marketing campaigns with Campaign Managers to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Produce data-driven insights to inform strategy and help achieve customer growth targets.
  • Develop data models and algorithms, assessing their effectiveness based on available parameters.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and influence decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data concerns, including availability, quality, and security protocols.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve analytics processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet operational needs.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Management.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a data analyst/scientist.
  • Experience with data review and extraction from large enterprise data warehouses, preferably with Python / R, SAS, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Adept at quantitative analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, able to thrive under pressure, and committed to self-development.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to interact with and influence people at all organizational levels.
