Job Description Focus on project delivery and business development, supporting research, market analysis, GTM strategy, and thought leadership initiatives. Analyze client needs using internal and external data to identify consulting opportunities. Develop and pitch projects, securing new and repeat consulting engagements through a consultative sales approach. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver holistic solutions, leveraging value-added services across marketing, products, risk, and merchant solutions. Key projects include payments innovation, card launches, GTM campaigns, value propositions, transformation work, market usage insights, and data-driven solutions. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of proven experience in financial services, ideally within a leading consulting firm. Seeking candidates with diverse experience, strong curiosity about the payments industry, and a results-oriented, client-focused mindset. Preferred profiles combine strategy experience, payments industry exposure, and a track record in project delivery/consulting engagements. MBA or equivalent degree, professional certifications, or a strong business background. Preferably a mix of regional and global exposure; local market expertise, including language, culture, regulations, and industry trends, is highly valued. Must be capable of driving thought leadership, client-facing delivery, market research, and GTM strategy, while demonstrating commercial acumen. Solid grasp of card issuers' P&L and the cardholder lifecycle. Awareness of evolving trends in the payments space, including fintech innovations. Proficiency in storyboarding and data storytelling, with strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities. Familiarity with statistical analysis, machine learning, modeling, and scoring methodologies.
