Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, loyalty, and market share Define brand voice, identity, and messaging across all consumer touchpoints Manage the overall brand calendar, aligning campaigns with business goals Brand Activation Conceptualize and lead brand activation initiatives (on-ground events, product launches, in-store promotions, digital activations) Collaborate with agencies and vendors to bring activations to life from planning to post-event evaluation Ensure brand consistency and high-quality consumer experiences across all activations Campaign Development Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns Work closely with digital, creative, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand representation Monitor campaign effectiveness using KPIs and ROI analysis Consumer Insight & Market Research Use market research and trend data to guide brand development and activation strategies Analyze consumer behavior and competitor activities to inform campaigns and product positioning Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, and Retail teams Liaise with external partners including creative agencies, media planners, and event organizers Present brand plans, activation recaps, and performance reports to senior management Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brands with driver’s license know how to drive manual and automatic transmission #J-18808-Ljbffr
