1) Onboarding Systems / BackOffice (Remote, Philippines)

Base Salary + Incentive

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: provide superior service, de-escalate when needed, respond to chats/emails/calls from customers and internal teams, strive for first touch resolution, tailor products to customer needs, maintain multi-channel communication, handle complaints with urgency and empathy, provide resources including marketplace add-ons when appropriate, and engage via DialPad/Intercom/phone, chat and email.
  • Case Management: own resolution of all assigned cases, balance workload, document customer interactions in the ticketing system, identify and escalate issues to Product/Engineering, prepare and monitor Jira tickets, troubleshoot with 3rd party partners, deliver product training.
  • Knowledge: maintain deep subject matter expertise in back-office transaction management, commissions and accounting platforms, stay up to date with product releases, contribute content for client-facing support and internal FAQs.
  • Performance Metrics: 1st Response Time, Case Production, Customer Satisfaction, Call Capture, 1st Call Resolution, Accuracy and Quality of Cases.
Qualifications
  • Four year technical degree (Computer Science, IT, IS, Accounting or related) or 2-4 years equivalent experience.
  • Experience/knowledge of accounting concepts and real estate transactions.
  • Ability to analyze software performance in SaaS environments; familiarity with SaaS solutions and enterprise-level customers is a plus.
  • Strong problem solving, judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable to change and quick learner of new tools; strong organizational/time management skills.
  • Experience using email, calls, video/voice chats and internal tools to troubleshoot.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail.

  • Full-time remote position based in the Philippines; stable internet (150 Mbps+); professional home office setup required.
2) Financial Planning & Analysis / FP&A Tower Lead (Direct Hire - Philippines)

Location: Mandaluyong, National Capital Region

Salary: ₱400,000 - ₱600,000 (varies by skills/experience)

Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Oversee annual planning, rolling forecasts, budgeting vs actuals, management reporting, CAPEX budgets and fixed assets reporting.
  • Support CFO with board reporting, audits, tax reviews and internal controls.
  • CPA/BS Accountancy graduate; 5+ years experience; strong Excel and ERP (SAP preferred); excellent communication; willingness to work onsite in Paranaque as needed.
  • Roles include financial reporting, stakeholder management, and potential leadership responsibilities in a shared services/BPO context.

3) FP&A / Controllership Lead (Direct Hire)

Location: Paranaque onsite requirements; shift and hybrid options

Qualifications
  • Accountancy degree; CPA required; 7+ years in controllership with 3+ years in leadership; BPO experience advantageous.
  • IFRS knowledge; ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) and consolidation tools; strong communication and people leadership.
Responsibilities
  • End-to-end financial control, monthly closing, reporting, SLA/KPI governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead team, manage stakeholder relationships, ensure timely reporting, and drive process improvements.
Work Setup
  • Onsite in Paranaque; rotating shifts including mid-shift; 3-4 onsite days/week; potential WFH days per policy.
4) Other Finance Roles (Various Locations)

Roles include Financial Reporting Accountant (Gaming/Finance), with responsibilities such as month-end closing, intercompany reconciliations, ERP liaison (Microsoft Navision), audit support, and financial reporting in IFRS. Qualifications commonly include: Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, 1–2 years experience (or fresh graduates with internships), IFRS familiarity, ERP knowledge, strong communication, and ability to work onsite in specified locations (e.g., BGC, Taguig).

  • Strong accounting foundation, month-end processes, reporting and reconciliations.
  • Analytical mindset; proficient in MS Office; ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Navision/Geneva/Investran/Sun) a plus.
  • Ability to work in international environments, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
