Overview

Responsibilities and expectations for a Project Coordinator supporting project management activities, vendor coordination and documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Assists the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring the project plans, timelines and costs
  • Coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports
  • Provides logistics and administrative support as needed
  • Driving third-party vendors to achieve targets
  • Supports third-party vendors on queries and clarifications in all technical aspects regarding the projects
  • Prepare reports and other site documentation
  • Assist third-party vendor in their site issues and give resolution in compliance with Client Standards
  • Update site status in Kanban on a daily basis with minimal errors
  • ADHOC: Any related BAU tasks that the Project Lead/Team Lead requires
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Preferably Engineering Graduate in the field of Telecommunications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator in Telecom Industry
  • Willing to extend office hours/overtime
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and the rest of the basic office software
  • At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in vendor and stakeholder management
  • Knowledgeable in all domain in Telecommunication such as Civil Works, Power, Telecom Works, RF is desirable
