Responsibilities and expectations for a Project Coordinator supporting project management activities, vendor coordination and documentation.
Responsibilities- Assists the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring the project plans, timelines and costs
- Coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports
- Provides logistics and administrative support as needed
- Driving third-party vendors to achieve targets
- Supports third-party vendors on queries and clarifications in all technical aspects regarding the projects
- Prepare reports and other site documentation
- Assist third-party vendor in their site issues and give resolution in compliance with Client Standards
- Update site status in Kanban on a daily basis with minimal errors
- ADHOC: Any related BAU tasks that the Project Lead/Team Lead requires
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Preferably Engineering Graduate in the field of Telecommunications
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator in Telecom Industry
- Willing to extend office hours/overtime
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and the rest of the basic office software
- At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in vendor and stakeholder management
- Knowledgeable in all domain in Telecommunication such as Civil Works, Power, Telecom Works, RF is desirable
