About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager, this full-time Project Coordinator role at Select Goods' in Taguig City, Metro Manila is an exciting opportunity to join a leading construction company. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes and change orders
  • Implement quality control measures to identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the project
  • Support the Project Manager in budgeting and cost control activities to maintain project profitability
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar project coordination role, ideally within the construction industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and team members
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera or Asana
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations, standards and best practices
