Procurement Analyst (Source to Pay) – Associate, DWS Group
DWS Group Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
Responsibilities- Procurement Operations service delivery with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support
- Procurement Process improvement and documentation
- Helpdesk and user support
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
- Proven professional experience in a procurement operations function, preferably within the asset management, banking, or financial services industry
- Good understanding of the source-to-pay business process
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Interest in using advanced tools for process improvement
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and SAP Ariba
- Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerBI) experience is a plus
- Amenable to mid-shift schedule: 2pm to 11pm
