Team / division overview
DWS Group (DWS) is one of the world's leading asset managers with EUR 833bn of assets under management (as of 30 June 2022). DWS is recognized by clients globally as a trusted source for integrated investment solutions, stability and innovation. DWS continues its journey as a publicly listed asset manager and is establishing its own infrastructure and corporate functions, including Procurement.
Your Responsibilities- Procurement Operations service delivery with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support
- Procurement Process improvement and documentation
- Helpdesk and user support
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven professional experience in a procurement operations function, preferably within asset management, banking, or financial services
- Good understanding of the source-to-pay business process
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Interest in using advanced tools for process improvement
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Ariba
- Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerBI) experience is a plus
- Amenable to mid-shift schedule: 2pm to 11pm
