Job Description Responsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities which you will have as a senor invoicing administrator: Issue accurate invoices for each of the different businesses on a timely manner Ensure proper and accurate recording transactions in our financial systems To deal with queries effectively from both internal stakeholders and external clients. Provide day-to-day support to the Credit Controller, and the wider finance team. Provide day-to-day support and assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for internal stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for the external auditors Assist in any ad hoc task as directed from time to time Supporting with the training and development of more junior members of the team Qualifications Desired Skills and Experience Education and Qualifications: Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or Management Accounting. Work Experience: Work experience in a similar role with 2+ years of relevant experience Strong written and verbal communication skills. Other Skills and Experience: High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team Strong MS excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Information At IQ-EQ we want you to reach your full potential.
