Evlv is currently working with a Toronto‑based consumer goods company with a global presence that has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Administrator. Requirements 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system (SAP experience preferred) Flexible, detail‑oriented, accurate and able to prioritize to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work EST hours Highly motivated to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment Responsibilities Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly responsibilities of the Accounts Payable team Review invoices and payment requisitions for appropriate approval in accordance with the Global Authorization Matrix (GAM) and P2P Policy Park and post invoices accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile vendor statements with AP records and prepare reconciliation reports on a monthly or quarterly basis Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and payment issues promptly Provide support for other areas of Accounts Payable functions as needed Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all AP transactions Support external and internal audits, including Sales Tax audits, by providing required documentation and explanations on a timely basis Ensure all AP processes align with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements Support ongoing system implementations and upgrades (e.g., SAP, VIM, Concur, etc.) Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and data verification for new functionalities and process changes Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on automation and digital transformation initiatives Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Finance, Administrative, and Accounting/Auditing Industries Retail and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
