About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Product Operations Associate to support our Buying and operational teams. This role will focus on ensuring product data accuracy in Salsify, providing administrative support, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of product content systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

Product Data Management

  • Upload and manage product data, images, pricing, and attributes in Salsify.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, consistent, and optimized for customer experience.
  • Conduct quality checks on all uploads and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Buyer Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Buying team, including product onboarding, sample tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized records of product submissions, approvals, and launches.
  • Assist in preparing product performance reports and data analysis when needed.

What You Bring

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with Salsify or other product information management (PIM) systems.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
