Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and management of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
