Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas as a Marketing Officer .

In this role, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives and overseeing key AML functions within the team. You will also play a vital role in supporting ROPA Sales through performance evaluation, customer insights, and brand development aligned with the banks strategic goals.

What the role will entail:

  • Oversee AML functions in compliance with AML laws, BSP circulars, and the Banks MLPP
  • Evaluate individual performance and recommend career progression, skills development, and training
  • Assess program performance, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic planning for ROPA Sales
  • Execute approved marketing and business strategies within set timelines
  • Collaborate with other marketing units to develop and manage publicity materials for maximum brand impact

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing
